B. Amrish Rau
Chairman, Managing Director and CEO
Mr. Amrish Rau is a seasoned builder of payments and commerce businesses, with over two decades of experience in the sector. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2013 as the Co-Founder of CitrusPay, one of India’s pioneering digital payments platforms, which was acquired by PayU in 2016. Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at First Data and NCR Corporation, where he built payments and technology partnerships with banks and regulators across multiple markets, including a market-leading joint venture with ICICI Bank.
Mr. Rau has served as Chief Executive Officer of Pine Labs since 2020 and was appointed Managing Director and Chairman in 2025. During his tenure, he has led Pine Labs’ transformation from an India-headquartered point-of-sale hardware provider into a globally scalable platform, establishing Southeast Asia and the Middle East as core growth markets. Under his leadership, the company’s offerings have expanded to span merchant payments, embedded credit, cross-border rails, and a new class of agentic payments where AI agents complete end-to-end transactions autonomously. Building at the frontier of artificial intelligence has become a defining focus for Pine Labs, shaping how the company designs its products and runs its engineering organization, all while leveraging a deep working fluency in payment systems and regulatory frameworks across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Kush Mehra
Executive Director, President & CBO – Digital Infrastructure and Transaction platform
Mr. Kush Mehra brings over two decades of payments experience spanning global card networks, multinational banks, and high-growth fintech platforms across India and Southeast Asia.
He has held senior roles at Visa, American Express, and Citibank, where he worked on issuer and acquirer strategy, EMI products, and enterprise merchant relationships, giving him visibility into the payments value chain from both the network side and the commercial side.
As President and Chief Business Officer at Pine Labs, Kush leads the company’s merchant-facing business, its partnerships with financial institutions, and its expansion across India and Southeast Asia, a three-sidedmarketplace connecting merchants, banks & card networks and consumers. Under his leadership, Pine Labs has scaled its instore merchant network, deepened bank and card-network relationships, and expanded its buy-now-pay-later and EMI offerings, building the affordability infrastructure that underpins a large share of the company’s transaction volume, increasingly supported by AI-driven credit and risk models.
This full-stack view of the payments ecosystem, spanning issuance, acquiring, and merchant commerce positions him to align incentives across Pine Labs’ three-sided marketplace as it scales into new markets.

Shailendra Jit Singh
Non-executive, Nominee Director
Mr. Shailendra Jit Singh is a Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company. He obtained a master’s degree in business administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School in 2004, and a bachelor’s degree in technology in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai in 1998. He has since had over 19 years of experience in the field of investment and financial services. He is also a Kauffman Fellow. He is currently the managing director of Peak XV Partners Pte. Ltd. (formerly Sequoia Capital (India) Singapore Pte. Ltd). He has been associated with Pine Labs for over 15 years.

Smita Chandramani Kumar
Independent Director
Ms. Smita Chandramani Kumar is a seasoned banking regulator and financial system expert with over three decades of experience at the Reserve Bank of India, where she played a key role in shaping banking supervisionand regulatory frameworks that govern India’s financial sector.
Ms Smita Chandramani Kumar’s career at the RBI has given her a deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape across banking, payments, and financial intermediation. Having worked with India’s central banking institution, she brings a combination of institutional depth, policy expertise, and systemic risk oversight that is valuable to boards navigating financial and regulatory environments.
She serves on the boards of multiple financial services companies, bringing her regulatory lens and governance expertise to India’s rapidly evolving fintech and banking landscape.

Maninder Singh Juneja
Independent Director
Mr Maninder Singh Juneja is a Partner at True North, a leading Indian private equity firm, where he drives investment strategy and value creation across the firm’s financial services portfolio, working closely with portfolio company leadership on growth, risk, and governance priorities. Through this role, he has served on the Boards of Home First Finance Company, Niva Bupa Health Insurance, Federal Bank Financial Services, and Infinity Fincorp.
Prior to True North, he spent seventeen years at ICICI Bank, where he played a central role in building the bank’s retail franchise from the grounds up, leading distribution and product launches across the retail suite, heading retail risk and credit policy, and later leading the mortgage business and becoming the retail business head. He has also served on the Boards of CIBIL, NPCI, and IARC.
He began his career as a construction engineer with HPCL and worked in consumer durables industry and NBFC lending. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow.

Amrita Gangotra
Independent Director
Ms. Amrita Gangotra is a commercially focused and award-winning technology leader with experience gained in India, South Asia, UK and Europe of using technology to drive business performance and deliver value in the Telecommunications, IT services and FMCG sectors. Ms. Gangotra embarked on an entrepreneurial career journey in 2019 as Founder and Managing Director of ITyukt Digital Solutions which provides consultancy and advisory services in 5G, IoT, AI/ ML based digital transformation for Enterprise. She was also the CIO & GM-ITSM at HCL Comnet and Senior Project Manager at Nestle. She has been a member of the executive management team at Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Hungary and possesses the experience of mentoring start-ups and technology advisory for PE funds.
Ms. Amrita Gangotra has held key roles in many business-impacting transformation initiatives. She is also an independent board member of multiple listed and unlisted companies like Max healthcare Institute Ltd., ABB India Ltd, Triveni Turbine Ltd., India1 Payment Ltd and United Spirits Limited.
