Lokvir Kapoor, CEO
With diverse experience of 18 years in multiple roles in international organizations, Lokvir is responsible for identifying new opportunities, setting goals and strategies and building teams that spearhead various initiatives. He takes a lot of interest in emerging payment technologies, changing customer needs and evolving business models with an aim to position Pine Labs as the leading provider of innovative transaction solutions and services.
Prior to joining Pine Labs, Lokvir had worked with Schlumberger in the area of Financial management and business development in India and overseas.
Lokvir has done his Engineering from IIT Kanpur followed by MBA from IIM Bangalore .
Rakesh Sharma, VP, Retail Petroleum Solutions, Pine Labs
Rakesh is responsible for Retail Petroleum Vertical of Pine Labs. He has a deep domain knowledge of the petroleum retailing Industry as a whole and was the key person responsible for Pine Labs foraying into retail automation.
Prior to Pine Labs, Rakesh was with Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd. He has done his B.Tech from Regional Engineering College, Warangal followed by MBA.
Dev Anand Sharma, VP – Business Development and Delivery Management Dev is responsible for project management and smooth delivery of the products and services to various customers. Dev is especially focused on payment and loyalty domain.
Dev has about 16 years of experience primarily in building business applications like transaction management, logistics, supply chain, CRM and business consulting.
Dev graduated from Delhi University and did his MBA from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
Antonia Stroeh, VP - Strategic Planning
As VP of Strategic Planning, Antonia is responsible for developing Pine Labs’ growth strategy, championing new product initiatives and creating strategic partnerships. Given her international experience, she is particularly interested in driving innovation in payments and CRM that best fits India’s unique marketplace.
Antonia brings eight years of management consulting experience to Pine Labs. Most recently with Bain & Company, she advised senior management of Fortune 500 Financial Services firms on marketing strategy, international expansion and organizational redesign.
Antonia holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School and a BA summa cum laude from Princeton University.
